How do you refill a ink cartridge toner?

It’s for a Samsung ML-2510 and the ink cartridge is fine. I also have the toner.

That is a laser printer. Doesn’t use ink. Only uses toner.

You can’t refill toner. You can buy refilled ones but you can’t refill them yourself. VERY messy, ugly process.

Buy from someone who sells them.

You can refill laser toner but you should do it outside and wear old clothes because it can be messy. Often the results arent worth the bother because the refilled toner will be very light. You first have to completely empty the old cartridge of the remaining toner because it wont pick up the charge. If it mixes with the new toner the print will be too light.
I have been able to refill HP toner with toner bought on ebay and Brother toner, though it needed a $4 part called a reset gear before it worked. Refilled Samsung toner never worked well.

You can certainly refill this cartridge with toner. Laser toner refills are now possible.
They are a newer product (3-4 years not more like inkjet refills) but it they are around!

One of the first and best sites that specializes in toner refills is Inkfilling.Com

Your printer can be refilled assuming the toner you have is the right formulation
for your printer. Here is everything you need for the ML 2510
    http://www.inkfilling.com/toner-refill-Samsung–ML-2510.html

If you need specific instruction they are available from the same site that
sells the toner for that printer at their instructions page which is
    http://www.inkfilling.com/instructions.php

Just download the pdf for toner refills and search with your cartridge name to
find them faster (as compared to printer name). The pdf can be directly
downloaded too here is the PDF link
