    you may also need a chip resetter to reset the ink level.. or else the ink level will keep showing empty and you can’t print anything..

    HP has figured out how to keep you from doing this. They make it so that the printer doesn’t recognize the cartridge.

    my ink cartrige cost like $30 fucking bucks but i take my empty inkcartringe to walgreens to get a refill for about $15 i save so much money

    The trick is to “top off” the cartridges each week rather than refilling them when they become empty. Otherwise, fill them as soon as you get a message that the ink is running low. Topping-off avoids the problems of refilling and extends the life of the cartridge.
    I buy 125 ml of black ink on e bay for less than $10 and get 25 refills.
